YOUR TASKS
- Project support in roll-out of a global HCM Software (sending meeting invitations, creating presentations, following up on minutes and open tasks, process and RACI documentation)
- Helping the global translation process
- Creating local contract templates in the HR system, supported by the local HR counterparts
- Supporting our data lead in creating a zero-mistake data transfer from local system into central global one
- Supporting our test lead by testing selected scenarios and coordinating input of team members, and conducting general tests on your own
- Supporting the creating of information and training packages for our stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant Bachelor / Master studies (economics or business preferred; enrolment certificate is necessary)
- Structured, accurate, analytical and independent way of working
- Propensity for data and reporting
- Good English level
- Further languages like German and French of advantage
- Ability and willingness to work 50% in our beautiful office
