We are seeking an experienced L2 engineer to provide desk side support at one of our partners client's location.

The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, laboratory knowledge, at least 1 year of experience in the pharma industry, working on a regulated enviroment (GxP based), special laboratory software support and strong standard IT knowledge.

The position is completely onsite. Therefore, the candide should have IT onsite support experience (preferably 2+ years).

JOB DUTIES: 

• Incident resolution (troubleshooting, physical check of instrument pcs, network issue, licenses configuration).
• Work with IT staff to troubleshoot and maintain laboratory software.
• User Administration (User creation, access, check on validity of user accounts, in both Active Directory and Applications).
• Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems (Imaging and Reimaging).
• Consulting (advice different teams on SOPs, best practices, current state of the art regarding computerized systems).
