Location:

• Huntsville, AL

Position overview:

• Builds team to achieve overall business targets
• Coaches and mentor’s future leaders
• Organizes and assigns work to utilize available skills, knowledge, experiences, labor hours, machines, and tooling
• Provides regular training, instruction, and guidance
• Develops and implements methods and procedures to control and improve product quality
• Prepares, maintains, and analyzes reports related to quality, efficiency, machine utilization, scrap, budget status, etc.
• Administers company policies and practices regarding attendance, performance, etc.

Critical success factors:

• Capacity to operate a PC
• Knowledge of quality concepts and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to self-motivate

Education/Experience requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-year degree helpful in either operations, engineering or business
