What you'll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success Workforce Readiness (Working student)

Location: Copenhagen, DK
Expected start date to end date: June, 1st, 2024 – November 30, 2024 (with possible prolongation)

 

You will:

  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and trainings.
  • Support in the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
  • Support team with requested reports and keep all data and visuals organized.
  • Research, coordinate, and schedule potential events, interviews, and other publicity opportunities
  • Help to manage our social media and digital presence, ensuring all content aligns with our branding and messaging strategies. 
  • Support cross-regional initiatives and projects by ensuring clear communication and task management between different teams.
  • Help to organize and facilitate mentoring programs and peer-to-peer learning sessions to build regional teams' skills and capacity. 
  • Support the company’s digital transformation by improving the use of technology and digital platforms in our operations.

 

You will have the opportunity to work with the following tools and resources: MS office suite: Teams, Excel, Outlook, Power Point; Sharepoint, Zoom, Social Media platforms.

Who you are:

 

  • Student enrolled in a university: You are currently pursuing your studies at a university with a preference for business-related fields.

  • Strong communication skills: You possess good ommunication skills in English at a C1 level.

  • Analytical abilities: You have analytical capabilities and an eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with project management: You are familiar with project management concepts.

  • Proactive and ownership-oriented: You enjoy taking initiative and ownership.

  • Strengths: Your strengths include proactivity, flexibility, and creativity.

  • International environment: Having an understanding of the corporate world and experience with international virtual environments is a plus.

 

Meet your team

The Customer Success Workforce Readiness (CSWR) organization was established to build upon the strong foundation of the ten-month SAP Academy for Customer Success and continue to support the development journey of the Academy associates across the three-year program. The team is responsible for all field related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP. The core focus of this team is to increase productivity and business impact by creating an optimal field experience for our associates to accelerate their development in customer facing roles.
