POSITION

We are looking for a Cologne based Working Student SAP SuccessFactors (all genders), who will support us in executing the tasks related to SAP and help the processes run smoothly.

CHALLENGE

  • Support in the continuous development and optimization of our HR system SAP SuccessFactors   
  • Support in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes  
  • Explore AI-based solutions to build a company internal chatbot for HR matters   
  • Ensuring HR system data quality and consistency, including error analysis and documentation 
  • Creation of HR reports, documentation of newly implemented system features 
  • Partial participation in annual release management for SuccessFactors, including identification of new features

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Study of computer science, (business) informatics or comparable qualification  
  • Interest in digital trends within the HR sector and enjoy working with HR processes and IT systems  
  • First practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors  
  • Confident use of MS Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word  
  • You have high level of self-motivation, organizational talent and goal-oriented  
  • Interest in working in an international company    
  • Initial experience in project management is an advantage 
  • You have very good knowledge of English and or German 
  • Lastly, you are based in Cologne and enjoy working at our Headquarters in the city center
