Embark on an exciting journey as a Senior Solution Architect for eDMS solutions, where you'll lead strategic design, governance, and implementation initiatives, revolutionizing document management processes across key business sectors.
Your assignments
Strategic Solution Design:
- Lead the architectural design of eDMS platforms, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
Governance and Expert Consultation:
- Provide governance and solution expertise to business stakeholders, implementation partners, and governance & steering boards. Ensure business requirements are met while fostering continuous improvement
Requirement Engineering:
- Consult internal business process owners in requirement engineering, translating generic business requirements into technical specifications for configuration/development
Implementation and Release Management:
- Develop implementation proposals, specify implementation approaches, and plan, execute, and monitor release IT projects in the eDMS area
Quality Assurance and Support:
- Monitor implementation quality, perform integration and regression testing, coordinate and execute IT/application trainings, and ensure the operation and support of eDMS platform applications
Compliance and Data Integrity:
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, principles, best practices, and internal regulations. Facilitate data integrity and consistency within solutions
Your profile
- A higher education degree in computer sciences or digital information with familiarity in IT service management and operations. 5+ years of professional experience in document management processes in regulated areas, with strong project management capabilities
- Profound knowledge of IT consulting, project management, and eDMS platforms architecture, design, and configuration. Certification as System Administrator, Master Architect, or Implementation Specialist is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English (German is a plus), with the ability to articulate processes and technologies to business leaders and vice versa
- Exceptional analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and consulting skills, coupled with strong influence and negotiation abilities
- Strong leadership, service orientation, and team-oriented working behavior, with the ability to work autonomously and solution-oriented in a global environment
- Crucial: OpenText Documentum, D2, and Life Science Suite
- Preferred: Icologiq elements, IQVIA SmartSolve, SQL, CITRIX
