Your job responsibilities would include:

• Provide installation, troubleshooting and repair of BEST security products to distributors, integrators, and end users

• Project a Customer Service image through competent service procedures, professional personal presentation, and communication with all customers.

• Partner with Product Support to provide solutions to unique customer applications and warranty issues.
• Work with appropriate personnel to ensure job completion and signoff to support accurate and timely invoices
• Perform work according to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain all training/certifications required to be able to support Best Access Solutions, Inc. Product and Solutions offering
   

• Valid current driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry at least 60 pounds.
• Frequent standing, stooping, crawling, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing and working overhead
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical knowledge or minimum 2 years’ experience with access control, security intrusion, or sound and communication systems
• An exceptional candidate would have an Electrical license or knowledge of basic electronics and electrical theory, principles of microprocessor-controlled equipment and multi-meter instruments, or AAADM certification
