Supply Chain Coordinator

Vossloh is in a favourable position with good demand for its products and services. The railway industry is facing major investments and is seen as an industry of the future in the effort to achieve climate-neutral transport. We are now looking for a new Supply Chain Coordinator for our site in Örebro.

In the role of Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work to operationally develop, optimise and maintain all parts linked to production planning and delivery. You work cross-functionally and have close cooperation with the Supply Chain functions as well as the operational purchasing functions and the production units.

Main tasks

  • Ensure the entire delivery process for gear manufacturing Örebro
  • Make the production planning for Gears Örebro and construction plan rolling 12 months
  • Monitor delivery times and book extra transports if necessary
  • Responsible for item data and registration of new items
  • Analyse logistics challenges and develop new solutions
  • Be involved in creating reports and developing existing ones
  • Manage complaints and warranty issues
  • Manage supplier invoices against signed agreements
  • Ensure fulfilment of purchasing policies and procedures, ethical requirements and compliance.
  • Be able to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience and knowledge in supply chain and logistics
  • Experience of ERP, preferably SAP.
