Lubeca is currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer who will be responsible in generating designs and drawings to support the growth and success of our business.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide support and mentor other engineers within the team
• Provide expert advice

You will create the preliminary design sketches at tender stage liaising with sales personnel

• You will provide conceptual designs and preliminary quantities
• You will coordinate with sales personnel and clients to identify scope of work and pursue information required for design execution
• You will coordinate with production/manufacturing
• You will prepare, check and issue material take offs
• You will carry out site inspections, sign offs and project advices as required You will initiate and develop creative and innovative engineering design solutions
• You will cooperate with other involved departments (Operations, Formwork Instructors, Yard Operations) as necessary

Anforderungen

Qualifications and Experiences

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
• Working knowledge of structural steelwork, designing and formwork technologies
• Working knowledge of IT Working knowledge and experience using AutoCAD
• Working knowledge and experience in the area of formwork technology
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications Skills and Motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
• Well-developed probing and analytical skills
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Can manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets Proactive, highly self-motivated, and has high level of integrity
• Willingness to support colleagues whenever needed
