Your tasks
  • Preparation of production accounting and analysis of employment variance, consumption and price variance, yields, interpretation of key production figures
  • Carrying out active inventory controlling, taking into account total inventories, ranges of coverage, co-products, etc. and ensuring SOX-compliant balance sheet inventory valuation
  • Creating, analyzing and coordinating sub-plans for company-wide strategic and operational planning
  • Carrying out regular reporting tasks for internal control, e.g. target/actual, budget, forecast
  • Conceptual definition of posting processes, e.g. master and transaction data
  • Creating the PSO internal activity allocation and creating transparency by defining allocation keys and methods within production
  • Training cost center managers in the correct application and implementation of budgeting and cost center accounting guidelines and processes
  • Developing, interpreting and preparing key business figures to provide meaningful management, planning and control information for production, preparing profitability and economic efficiency calculations for strategic decisions, investment projects and special projects, simulations
  • (Further) development of concepts for group reporting in the functional area of production and implementation, e.g. company key figures, MIS, cost and activity allocation
Your profile
  • Successfully completed business studies (Bachelor/Master) specializing in controlling/finance
  • Experience in controlling, ideally with a strong financial background
  • Sound knowledge of SAP (modules CO, FI, PS, BPC), SAP-BW/SAC
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel
  • Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages desirable
  • Very good presentation skills
  • International work experience desirable
