Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
•    Support the Wholesale account team in driving the digital development of the defined key accounts, seeking to optimize our brand representation, consumer experience and ultimately growing net sales & market share online

 

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Responsible for driving digital sell-out of your accounts
•    Prioritize key digital initiatives to help accelerate the digital growth of the defined Key Accounts
•    Analyze and monitor consumer demand, category trends and assortment identifying opportunities to help accelerate our brands’ net sales & market share. Utilize this knowledge to actively Influence Sell In process 
•    Execute Digital Shelf optimization/trading initiatives in close collaboration with the account’s teams & the European Digital Partners Commerce community
•    Collaborate with brand teams to drive relevant digital marketing content – onsite and across all online platforms
•    In partnership with analytics, measure key performance metrics and quantify commercial impact based on enhancements and facilitate the forecasting of online sales & growth ambitions across the account
•    Apply effective communication methods to senior management and stakeholders, both at a cluster & European level, in showing expertise across key digital metrics
•    Showcase DPC expertise in key internal & external environments (e.g. Sell-ins, key account meetings, General Manager/Sales Director meetings, Sales & Marketing meetings, DPC Global meetings etc.)

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

•    Full understanding of key digital KPIs, their inter-connected nature and what levers to drive to improve performance
•    Experience working with digital metrics & a history of leveraging these to increase sales performance
•    Experience working on content and visibility digital initiatives 
•    Relevant experience with online search
•    Comfortable with uncertainty and change, willing to adopt a test and learn approach in a constantly evolving digital marketplace
•    Strong negotiation skills
•    Ideally experience with online product ranging and assortment
•    Comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels and ability to influence people on different seniorities.
•    Strong Powerpoint skills required coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and to work under pressure
•    Comfortable with working in an international environment
•    Fluent English, both verbally and written

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

•    Professional experience in an eCommerce or digitally related field
•    Experience working with external stakeholders, ideally within the fashion lifestyle or sportswear industry
•    Experience working with leading digital data platforms such as Google Data Studio, BI, Adobe is preferred
