Teamleitung (m/w/d) für den Bereich Vertebraten in der Aquatischen Ökotoxikologie

Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung aquatische Ökotoxikologie suchen wir ab sofort eine Teamleitung (m/w/d) für den Bereich Untersuchungen an aquatischen Vertebraten.
ibacon GmbH ist ein unabhängiges Auftragsforschungslabor mit der Aufgabe, die weltweite chemische und pharmazeutische Industrie als Dienstleister zu unterstützen. Als GLP-zertifiziertes Labor umfasst unser Portfolio Studien in den Bereichen aquatische und terrestrische Ökotoxikologie, Charakterisierung physikalisch-chemischer Parameter, Rückstandsanalytik und Environmental Fate. Wir sind wir ein stetig wachsendes, mittelständiges Unternehmen mit 160 motivierten Mitarbeitern/-innen.
Die Abteilung aquatische Ökotoxikologie besteht aus 6 Teams, die Studien mit aquatischen Vertebraten, mit aquatischen Invertebraten und Pflanzen und im Bereich der analytischen Dosisverifizierung durchführen. In der Abteilung sind 45 Mitarbeiter/innen beschäftigt.
Ihre Verantwortung:
- Führen des eigenen Teams (7-8 Mitarbeitende) im Bereich der Untersuchungen an aquatischen Vertebraten
- Gewährleisten des wirtschaftlichen Erfolges des eigenen Verantwortungsbereiches
- Sicherstellen der fachlich-inhaltlich korrekten Durchführung von GLP-konformen Studien nach OECD-Richtlinien im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Finden hochwertiger Lösungen für unsere internationalen Kunden
- Budget- und Projektplanung im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich, Planung von Umsatz und Ressourcen
- Mitwirken bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Weiterentwicklung des Verantwortungsbereichs
- Durchführung von GLP-konformen Studien als Studienleiter/-In
Ihr Profil:
- Ein erfolgreiches naturwissenschaftliches Studium vorzugsweise Chemie oder Lebensmittelchemie, idealerweise mit abgeschlossener Promotion
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der chemischen Analytik, insbesondere HPLC-MS
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Zielstrebiges, exaktes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
