dormakaba is seeking an Assembler

Location:

• Huntsville, AL

Position overview:

• Performs various assembly or sub-assembly operations
• Works on assembly line where tasks and job duties may vary
• Follows and build job orders according to customer specifications
• May require retrieval of door parts necessary for completion of finished door product
• Operates simple hand or power tools to modify required door materials
• Handles materials such as metal, poly, etc.
• Upholds all safety standards applicable to the responsibilities above

Critical success factors:

• Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measure and scales
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Efficient organizational skills related to paperwork and time management

Education/Experience requirements:

• High School diploma/GED (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English in written and verbal form
