Ward Staff Nurse

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £26,968 - £30,615 Depending on experience

Employment type: Permanent - Full Time

Hours per week: 37.5

 

Our Clients leading private hospital’s ward team are enthusiastic, experienced and motivated in providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a highly skilled individual that can contribute exceptional standards of care across a multitude of specialities. 

We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join the Ward Team on a full time basis. We are able to support training and development to new candidates to deliver a high standard of clinical care whilst ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality.

What you’ll do

You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes. We love people with a positive, “can do” attitude who want to make a difference in their work. Demonstrate excellent and a high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes. Prioritise patient’s health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload. Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team. Develop excellent working relationships. Maintain excellent standards with infection control.  

What you’ll bring with you

  • Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Recent post qualification surgical experience
  • Experience of a team approach to care delivery
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated Computer Skills
