- Planning, structuring and tracking of the necessary activities to achieve the agreed sales targets in industry and wholesale
- Positive development of markets, sales and market shares
- Offer rate and hit rate are important KPIs as a basis for evaluating sales work
- Support for long-standing customers and acquisition of new customers in the agreed sales area
- Exchange of information with customers and target groups, network building
- Tracking ongoing projects, after sales
- Participation in trade fairs/events
- Project acquisition, processing and tracking, as well as contract negotiations, pricing and price negotiations • Receiving and processing complaints Requirements
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed training with a technical and/or commercial focus
- Product and industry knowledge, as well as sales experience
- Confident demeanor, negotiation skills and closing confidence
- Positive, sales and technology-savvy, people-oriented personality
- Structured, independent way of working
- Good networking skills
- Strong communication skills with a high level of personal responsibility
- Very good knowledge of English, ideally French
