Our client is a listed multinational, looking to expand its existing service portfolio through the addition of a new software business information proposition. The organisation is looking for a Business Development Manager to introduce this newly expanded portfolio to their corporate and SME clients.
The organisation is looking for a sales professional who is strong in business development and consultative selling. Through strong customer orientation, you will build relationships with C- and C-1 level DMUs, playing a consultative role in the sales process.
In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Build and develop the new Business Information proposition with the firm's corporate and SME+ clients
• Contribute to the commercial strategy of the Business Information team
• Map local competitive field and determine threats, unique selling point and opportunities
• Report to and collaborate closely with the Sales Director to achieve commercial targets
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Min. 5 years’ experience in Sales (commerce).
- Proven trackrecord in New Business Development.
- Experience with data information management solutions and/or software and/or financial services.
- Experience in consultative selling, negotiation and deal making.
- Experience in working with SME(+).
- Experience in building up a new market is considered a strong plus.
